CONDITIONS OF HIRE REGULATIONS 

Dear Sir or Madam 

We are a very small company attempting to do the best for our customers. 

We take pride in what we do. We are not just another bus company. 

We try to turn our vehicles out to the highest specification, clean and tidy. They are our pride and joy and we will not tolerate our vehicles being abused.

These vehicles are maintained to the highest standards and are our pride and joy.   Please treat the vehicle and its staff with respect.   Abuse is not tolerated.

  1. We reserve the right to substitute the vehicle with another vehicle.
  2. In the extreme unlikely event of a vehicle failing to attend, due to circumstances beyond our control, our liability is limited to returning all monies paid for the hire and covering the cost of reasonable transportation of your party. The cost of the hire is for up to 4 hours; any additional time is charged at £75.00 per hour or part thereof.
  3. Pushchairs:  We are only allowed to carry two small pushchairs at any one time, unless you make alternative arrangements with the company on booking.
  4. We are controlled by Transport for London and we have to comply with the traffic regulations as laid out by the Department of Transport and the Metropolitan Police. There is a No Smoking, No Drinking and No Food or Gum policy on the vehicle.
  5. Health and Safety: For your safety, a conductor will be supplied on all our buses.
  6. We are not allowed to carry standing passengers for insurance purposes.
  7. The bell is for the conductors use only in case of an emergency. It is not a toy for guests; it is also very distracting for the driver when he is in deep concentration trying to drive your guests safely to their destinations.

Please note: Any person found to be in breach of the above, will be asked to find alternative transport.

Our vehicles have regular maintenance inspections every 8 weeks in order to prevent mechanical failure and are put through a PSV test every year.

We do not expect to find chewing gum or food trodden into the floor or stuck underneath the seats.  Please do not place your shoes on seats.
